Fortunately we, the second generation people, have inherited the foundation of a good background from our first carriers of garments business. To go upward facing new challenges and meeting the need of new generation, a company people need to enhance vision, perception and strategies. Roughly to say, we have nothing but attitudes. Attitudes to pursue the best extracting from us are the key elements. Our Management Team comprises professionals with diversified and related backgrounds and qualities.

Recruiting the related talents of excellent people and developing them in the main channel of our work force is one of our strength. In fact, we never believe that the Management is the only stimulators but the employees as well, systems in our company are furnished to be self-interested based. Stepping into business world and interacting people both inside the country (even in the own company) and abroad, we can understand the real meaning of the word “trust”. When people and their abilities of a company get together with a system as one, then unbelievable power is born. Transmission of labour, perspiration and sincerity into best product service with most competitiveness is something to really enjoy. Over the last 9 years since its inception in 2001, a strong system among us has been developed to carry out tasks of choosing practical need of standard garment sourcing to meet the need of respective buyers-material sourcing is the first and possibly most important part of the pre-production process and is therefore the first step a company must take in order to enter into the full value sourcing model. We know that fabric sourcing is an art, but determining quantities to be ordered is a science. The Company has built up good business relationship with Europe and North America, it has also been trying to penetrate in the markets of Japan, Australia and middle East.

I think, there is no correct answer for fashion but roughly we can assume, fashion is a creature instantly changing as time moves forward. So we believe next. In a blink of an eye, judgment and competition decide destination of product. Material development, sewing, wash processing and a calculated integrated production system are keys here. Follow up and pursuance in each step with skill and spirit are a regular and important spice. I believe a dedicatedly skilled man here is the best magician who maneuvers each step.

From Bangladesh’s garments perspectives, we no longer rely only on cheap labour advantages rather have developed skilled related work force, management and technologies. Quality of our knit products excels those of our neighbouring countries. Sweaters have been going rapidly well. In woven, we have to import only 30% fabrics.
